What we collect

Information you give us through our forms: your name, e-mail address, phone number, company, website address and the details of your enquiry.

Technical information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. Analytics data is collected only if you consent to analytics cookies.

How we use it and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals or audits you request (steps prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interests).

To understand how our website is used and improve it (your consent, for analytics cookies).

To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We use trusted processors to run our business, including website hosting and e-mail delivery (Cloudflare) and, with your consent, analytics (Google Analytics). They process data only on our instructions.

We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our processors are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where data is transferred, we rely on adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for six years after the end of the relationship to meet legal requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your data, to object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at hello@serpevo.com to exercise them.

Visitors from Türkiye (KVKK)

If you are in Türkiye, your personal data is also processed in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Our Turkish privacy notice describes the purposes, legal grounds, cross-border transfers and your rights under Article 11 of KVKK.
